I have been painting for a long time. I mainly paint people. The people in my painting are usually based on real people that I have ran into over the course of the day. (Well, I always throw in the occassional Robot, Ninja or Skeleton for good measure)
My work has been used in both print and web publications. I have participated in both group and solo shows. Paintings are currently in collections in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, France, Brazil, Switzerland, Spain, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia, Argentina, Denmark, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Portugal, Norway, Greece and South Korea. Current exhibitions: 20 paintings are on display at the Take 121 Arts Gallery in Nashville, TN and 6 pieces on display at the B.O.B. in Grand Rapids, MI.

Looks like you have done all right. Its slow to get anywhere with art. I notice here on Gather, puppy pictures, baby pictures, and kitten photos get many times more attention than fine art.

Today is my birthday. I don't like it much to be having another one but it is better than the alternative. Went to dinner and summer theater in a small, nearby town and picked out a leather hobo purse in a store that specializes in cowboy boots. I was supposed to pick out boots since I'm a shoe fanatic but I'm also pragmatic and I'm not the cowboy boot sort. The bag has a secret compartment for my concealed weapon. Since I don't care for guns much, I was asked what was I going to put in there. Silly man -- my credit cards, of course!
Red and orange zinnias, blueberries and peaches were the highlight from the farmer's market. I'll try to post a picture. Did I mention that we are painting? Yes. One room has led to another which is turning into the whole house.
